1. Acceptance

By using Mama's Voice you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Who may use the service

You must be an adult (the parent or legal guardian) to create an account, record a voice, and generate stories for a child. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Voice recording — your responsibility

You may only upload a recording of your own voice, or a voice you are legally authorized to use. You must not impersonate any other person. We may use a light liveness check as a deterrent, but you remain responsible for the recording you provide. Misuse may result in termination.

4. The service

We generate age-appropriate bedtime stories where your child is the protagonist and narrate them in your cloned voice. Stories are AI-generated and moderated for safety, but you should review content and use the service as a complement to, not a replacement for, your own judgment.

5. Plans, credits & payments

The first story is free. Additional stories require credits, granted via subscription or one-time purchase. Payments are handled by third-party providers. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; you may cancel anytime in Settings.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to create unlawful, harmful, infringing, or abusive content, or to impersonate others.

7. Intellectual property

You retain rights to your voice recording and the personal details you provide. You receive a license to the generated stories and audio for personal, non-commercial family use.

8. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for indirect or consequential damages.
